Third Generation Homes - They Do it All!

This month has been busy for everyone across the board.  I have a client whose property developed leaks in the roof.  I began reaching out, trying to get someone out to look at the roof to get an estimate.  Apparently this time of year is one of the busiest for people who do roofing.Third Generation Homes

I was not having any luck - everyone was telling me they were too busy to even do an estimate until at least January or February.  The house developed more leaks bringing the total to 14 and caused interior problems.  The interior was ripped out and we were still trying to find someone who could look at the roof and decide what needed to be done.

I got in touch with Joe of Third Generation Homes and when he heard how urgent the situation had become he agreed to come out and assess the problem.  By now I am sure you can figure out the home needed a new roof.  Joe was able to get a crew together even though he had other jobs in progress and get the job started in less than a week.  He put on the new roof and took care of everything that needed to be done to seal the house back up.

He was professional, responsible, did a great job and truly understood that sometimes things cannot wait for 2 months or more.  If you are looking for any type of work to be done on your home, Third Generation Homes is the company for you.  They do new construction as well as complete home renovation.  They can be reached at 845-800-3515.
